Calibration and Repair Services

Overview: Spectrodyne's full service infrared standards laboratory specializes in the repair and calibration of most brands of optical pyrometers and infrared thermometers. Our primary standards are calibrated directly by the National Institute of Science and Technology. The calibration work provided to our customers complies with accepted quality standards including MIL STD 45662A, 10CFR-1 and ISO 9000. Our facilities are audited for compliance annually by a variety of institutions and customers.

Mission: Spectrodyne's mission is to help our customers achieve of their corporate quality goals and attain maximum utlity and accuracy from non-contact temperature measurement equipment.

Position in the market: Spectrodyne is widely recognized for providing personalized high quality repair and calibration work both economically and quickly. We enjoy working closely with customers, assisting with applications and temperature measurement issues.

Capabilities:Spectrodyne provides repair and calibration service for disappearing filament and infrared pyrometers made by most major manufacturers including: Leeds and Northrup, Honeywell, Ircon, Mikron and Chino. Other manufacturers instruments may be serviced on request. Temperature range capabilities are the same as the National Institute of Standards and Techonology, which includes temperatures to 2300°C.

Customers: Spectrodyne services customers world wide from N.A.S.A. to Glass Plants, Steel works, Foundries, Forges, Techinical Ceramics and others.
